For my own reference on how to cook stuffed shells once I've frozen them:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Cover bottom of pan or oven-safe deep dish with your favorite pasta sauce.
  3. Place 4 shells in a single layer and cover with additional sauce.
  4. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
